USHA NESAMONEY

Board President

Usha Nesamoney is an active volunteer and serves on various educational and not for profit boards. In addition to serving on the Cantabile Board, Usha serves on the Global Citizen Year board and is currently a Council Member at Stanford Health Care. She also serves as a Trustee and West Coast Board Member for the American India Foundation. In addition, Usha serves on Yale School of Management’s West Coast Advisory Board. Usha just completed a 6 year term at the Castilleja School on their Board of Trustees as Chair of the Advancement Committee responsible for annual giving and the capital campaign. Usha previously served as the Vice Chair of Phillips Brooks School and chaired the Advancement, Governance, Audit and Strategic Planning Committees of the Board. She also created and ran the Youth Ambassador Program for the American India Foundation and was responsible for chairing two of AIF’s most successful yearly fundraising galas. Previously she held positions at Charles Schwab & Company, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Price Waterhouse. She received her BA from the University of Delhi and MBA from the Yale School of Management. She and her husband Diaz are the parents of Sophia, Senior at Stanford University and Sean, a Senior at Menlo School and is a Cantabile Bravi student. In her spare time, Usha likes to listen to podcasts, garden and practice yoga.
