The Guild Chorus
Enrollment swells this fall
        The Guild Chorus began fall-quarter rehearsals with its largest enrollment ever.  Now over eighty voices strong, the chorus enjoys the size and balance that enables it to perform the polychoral works (up to 14 parts!) of the upcoming December concert.
        This year's enlistees include several newcomers to the Bay Area who found out about the Guild Chorus through links to the BCG web site. Others were recruited by chorus members.
        Among the new singers is Anuradha Advani who in 1980 participated in BCG's very first Peninsula Choral Workshop for high school students. Anu and her fellow rookies have been warmly received by the Guild community and are already well acquainted with the art of ride sharing.
